For further details ask at the front desk. Usually information is available within 30 days of lodging request. Nominal charges may apply.
The organisations or persons to whom information is usually disclosed
Health providers involved in your treatment and care may receive selected information from your personal health record. These include pathology, hospital, radiology and specialist services.
The consequences of not providing all or part of the information requested
There may be serious repercussions if we do not know who you are, how to contact you or be able to contact you in a timely manner. Withholding personal health information from your GP or others involved in your health care may put your life or health at risk.

Yes, most of our services are bulk billed under Medicare eligible consultations, some consultations may attract a fee and you should ask reception when making an appointment time.
Some services will incur a charge e.g. cosmetic medicine, nutritional and weight loss consultations, genomic medicine and acupuncture. Please check with reception when making a booking.
Our standard consultations are $65.00 for non-Medicare eligible patients.
We are located next to the public toilets with our neighbours being Natures Fuel and opposite Metro Farmers Market – Shop M032, Australia Fair Metro Shopping Centre, Corner Young and Scarborough Street, Southport (see map).
Yes, there is FREE 3 Hour parking available in Australia Fair Metro Shopping Centre carpark off Garden Street.
You can do either; we have online booking of appointments through (click this link). If you walk in, we will accommodate you asap.
Yes, we can and if needed we can also do biopsies. Please ask the reception to book you in with the appropriately qualified Doctor.
